Immediate opportunity for a Senior/Lead level SME Cloud PPM/Project Costing and Grants consultant for our team. We work in public sector (state and local), Healthcare and Higher Education. Consultant must have some prior project experience for our public sector clients.
Lead role reporting to our Finance Director. Our clients are US based and consultant must be US based and flexible to travel full-time, hybrid or remote depending on client contract requirements.
This resource is responsible for leading clients through all phases of a Cloud PPM implementation. This resource will be responsible for implementing multiple subject areas within the PPM Cloud. This resource will be responsible for leading the client through the design, configuration and testing phases and should be fluent in all related business processes and best practices incorporated in the software. This job also requires full documentation of final configurations related to the subject areas assigned as well as development and validation of system test scripts and end user training content.
An Oracle Cloud Projects and Grants functional lead. Consultant must be able lead and manage their project activities as well as lead client design sessions, testing, and training.

Requirements:
- 10 - 15 years ERP system implementation experience.
- 4 - 5+ years of experience leading end-to-end Oracle Cloud Projects and Grants implementations using best practices in a public sector type environment.
- A solid understanding of the Oracle Cloud Time & Labor and Projects integration.
- Ability to communicate clearly in written and verbal communications. Able to adapt communication to the target
