PeopleSoft Consultant -HCM Core, Time&Labor & Recruitment Functional Specialist

A senior functional consultant for PeopleSoft Core HCM, T&L, and Recruitment. Absence Management and ELM would be considered a plus. Consultant must be able to lead and manage their project activities including design, testing, education, and ongoing support.
Requirements:
5+ years PeopleSoft 9.2 HCM functional expertise including 3+ years’ experience leading end-to-end PeopleSoft 9.2 HCM implementations using best practices.
Expert knowledge of PeopleSoft Core HCM, T&L, and Recruitment required. ELM and Absence Management experience is a plus.
Upgrade or re-implementation experience with PeopleSoft HCM v9.2 in a public sector environment.
Ability to communicate clearly in written and verbal communications. Able to adapt communication to the target audience, which may include leadership, users, or project staff.
Ability to manage service tickets for area of expertise in a timely and efficient manner.
Will consider contract or full-time hire.
