Opportunity for an Oracle HCM/ERP Cloud consultant moving forward in their project management career path. The current project role is for an experienced Oracle Cloud consultant to assist the Project Manager by managing project timelines, budgets, and resources. Must have 3 full cycle implementation projects in their work history in either HCM or ERP.

Key Responsibilities:
Project Planning and Execution:
Assisting in the creation and maintenance of project plans, schedules, and timelines.
Coordinating tasks, resources, and personnel to ensure project goals are achieved.
Developing and implementing project risk management plans.
Budget and Resource Management:
Monitoring project budgets and ensuring spending aligns with project plans.
Managing project resources, including personnel, equipment, and materials.
Stakeholder Communication:
Communicating project status updates and progress to project managers, stakeholders, and other relevant parties.
Managing stakeholder expectations and addressing their concerns.
Problem Solving and Issue Resolution:
Identifying and resolving potential issues that may arise during project execution.
Recommending solutions to project challenges and improvements to processes.
Quality Assurance:
Monitoring project quality and ensuring deliverables meet the required standards.
Implementing quality control measures to identify and correct any defects.
